Course Cancellation Policy

1. Once the date has been agreed and payment in full has been received the course is confirmed.
2. Cancellations received 30 calendar days or more before the course start date will be entitled to a full refund, minus a £20.00 administration fee and any ancillary costs that have been incurred (e.g. non-refundable travel/accommodations costs)
3. Alterations to the course date can be arranged by mutual agreement providing more than 30 calendar days notice is provided in writing but are subject to £20.00 administration fee plus ancillary costs which have already been incurred.
4. No course alterations are permitted less than 30 calendar days prior to the course start date
5. Any cancellations and alterations must be sent in writing by email to info@mskinjections.com
6. Only attendees listed prior to the event will be admitted to the training day. The event organiser must notify the provider of any alterations in attendees in writing no later than 3 days prior to the course start date. 

Please note: every effort will be made to avoid unnecessary changes to course arrangements. In the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled or its date altered, a full refund will be offered to all course participants.
